I’ve spent my career figuring out how DTC brands can speak to customers digitally with creative and have managed $100M+ in spend profitably as a result. Obsessed with data, hacking growth and cycling (the 4 months of the year Canada gives you!).

I'm a digital marketer with 10 years of experience, mostly in video content and entertainment. A jack of all trades, I've helped startups grow and have spearheaded projects resulting in brands hitting 400x their conversion goals. Lover of internet culture, podcasts, trivia, and beach vacations.

Positive and curious, I’m always searching for my newest adventure. I’m a huge sports enthusiast whether it’s watching or playing. The branding of sports is what drove me to the marketing industry, where I continue to investigate "why" and "how" we can grasp the engagement of human minds!

Born and raised in Northern Ontario, I’m a small town girl at heart. Mom to many fuzzy creatures, I love all things outdoors and spending time with my family. On my days off, you can find me outside with my Newfie Shaw, and being a full-time caretaker for my father. I have a long background in social media management, increasing followership for brands by over 200%+.

With over six years of experience in account and project management at small agencies, I’ve worked with clients across just about every industry you can imagine. Organization is basically my superpower (I like to say it’s my middle name). When I’m not planning, coordinating, or making a list for my list, you’ll find me painting, traveling, or hanging out with my sweet Border Collie.

I've worked nine years as a video maker, but my focus shifted towards editing creatives. I'm inspired to approach every day with an open heart and mind. Originally from a small town in Brazil, I’ve been immersed in communication and advertising design since 2014. Graphic design opened doors for me, leading to opportunities that changed my life. Proud cat mom to Brigitte, I’m also an avid reader and horror movie enthusiast.

Born in Curitiba but now living in Brazil's Northeast, I began my journey in Graphic Design in 2015. I had the opportunity to work with major Brazilian brands and personalities, achieving significant milestones such as launching a project on one of the biggest TV shows in Brazil.

After 8 years in finance, I made the bold decision to transition into the creative industry, and it's been an exciting journey ever since! Now, as the Creative Assistant at Growth Collective, I handle admin work, social media, and video editing with a passion for content creation.

I’m a creative strategist obsessed with how content, culture, and performance intersect. I have deep interest in eCommerce which pushes me to always test, iterate, and pull ideas from consumer culture. Outside of work, I’m big on design, fashion, and music.

Software Developer and Automation Engineer focused on designing data systems and building custom solutions to streamline workflows. Outside of my work in automation, I am currently completing my degree in Aerospace Engineering.
